Package A (All Occasions Package)
Price: $499.00

2 - BALLOON COLUMNS (5 layered) with a character mylar on top placed on the sides of a stage area. You can choose up to four colors that spiral within the column. Approximate height is 5-6’ tall depending on the topper you select.

1 - “NAME” arch set up with 40” silver letters over a stage or along a back wall. Package include up to 5 letters. ($25 for each additional letter) If you prefer not to have a letter name arch, you could swap this with a single stranded latex balloons arch aka. Pearl Arch

1 - SIGN-IN TABLE BOUQUET which will consist of a floating Character mylar, 2 bubble balloons, and a bunch of 11” latex balloons staggered in height and attached to your sign in table. A bubble balloon is a solid color balloon inside of a larger clear balloon. If you prefer not to have a sign-in table floating bouquet, you may swap this with a Balloon Column (5 layered) with character mylar on top to be placed on the side of the entrance area.

60 - FLOATING 11” LATEX BALLOONS with curling ribbon that we can use to decorate your table centerpieces or perimeter of a room. Ex. 20 bouquets of 3 balloons (If you require extra, it will be $3 for each additional balloon)

Set up is included with this package.

Package A does not require a breakdown service. Therefore, you can give away or deflate balloons after the event

Package B (Birthday Package)
Price: $ 699.00

1 - SPIRAL ENTRANCE ARCHWAY approximately 10’X10’. This classic piece is great to go over a 2-door entrance, a small stage, or even a photo back drop.

2 – BALLOON COLUMNS (9 layered) with a character mylar on top placed on the sides of a stage area. You can choose up to four colors that spiral within the column. Approximate height is 8-9’ tall depending on the topper you select.

Package B will require a $75 Breakdown Charge. Because package B includes the use of our special equipment used to hold up the arch and columns (9 layered), we will need to return at the end of your event to deflate balloons and collect our equipment.

Package C (Outdoor Tent Event)
Price: $599.00

1 - SPIRAL ARCHWAY approximately 10’X10’. Our package C spiral arch is built on special outdoor equipment with heavy steel bases for support. It is great to be used as an entrance piece to attract your guests, over a cake table, or even on top of a small stage. (We can even add a “NAME” in small 16” silver or gold letters to the front of the arch for $20 per letter).

6 - CLUSTERBALLS attached to tent poles or pillars. Clusterballs consist of 12 latex balloons connected to form a symmetrical ball. We attach these for you and they provide a sturdy splash of decor to your tent or outdoor pavilion area without the mess that comes with floating latex balloons outside. We suggest having one on every tent pole. ($30.00 for each additional Clusterball)

ALA CARTE (Custom Design)

We love to make custom items for our clients. The best way to start would be for you to fill out our contact form and we will email you back. You will then be able to reply back to us with any inspirational images you may have or a description of your vision. Images are very helpful. If you don’t have access to email, please feel free to call us for a quote.

Deposit and Final Payment information: All orders will require a non-refundable retainer's deposit of $50 by credit card through our online merchant account or over the phone. Remainder balance will either be due in cash on the day of the party or by check in the mail. If mailing a check, we must receive it prior to 7 days of event date to allow us time to deposit it. A Set up and Delivery Fee of $50 is added to most invoices; however, there may be additional delivery charges based on location and time of set up.

Minimum Order Requirement: Due to cost of labor and travel times, all ala carte orders must reach a minimum of $300 in balloon items excluded from the $50 delivery charge. If under $300, we will charge an additional small order fee of $50. Thank you for understanding.
